Peter Sinclair

Peter has spent his working life enabling people to take responsibility for their own learning and development. Following a long and successful career in a major blue chip company, he now runs his own business focusing on coaching, facilitation and learning. See www.psld.co.uk.

Peter has a deep hope and longing for the way that working relationships can be enhanced and sees releasing truth and building trust as key building blocks.

Peter is also an Anglican priest and is committed to enhancing the wellbeing of both individuals and organisations. Peter is 55 and married with 3 children.

Ian Swales

Ian has had a varied career in business, finance and leadership development. He switched mid-career from being financial director of a global business to Head of Executive Development in a multi-national company. Ian now runs his own management consultancy and training businesses and has worked with a wide range of organisations. He specialises in one to one coaching of experienced leaders.
